Demam

Hari Khamis MC lagi...Selasa dah MC...hoho..
tak larat sangat..batuk teruk...selsema teruk...migraine attack...panas dalam..
especially time nak batuk..uiii ngeri...sebab akan sakit sangat2 kepala..
saya jarang demam ni..sekali demam seminggu terus..

Hari ni pulak weigh in selepas seminggu program diet dengan KekNie..
debor takut kantoi sebab banyak curi makan..hoho.. so update meal utk Khamis sekali.
