Buka blog yang bersawang ni pada penghujung 2016.
Kesimpulannya azam 2016 tu ke laut.
Laut paling dalam ok.
Sebab I gained weight instead of losing weight!
Kalau maintain dimaapkan la lagi.

Nasi dan tepung tak bersalah

Hajat di hati nak off nasi dan segalanya yang berunsur tepung.

Tapi pagi2 dah goreng nasi dan melempang eh melempeng. Sekian terima kasih.

Pagi tadi timbang = 112.7kg

Menu hari ni

Nasi goreng sikit - 250 kal
Lempeng sekeping - 80 kal
Serunding Daging - 100 kal

deng! belum pape dah 430kal.
